To say Janice is an amazing speech therapist would be selling her short with how amazing she really is! Janice is SO much more than just that to my son(and to our family). Janice is the reason why my son speaks! But she also taught us one of the most valuable lessons about speech. She has taught us that speech is so much more than words. Communication and understanding is what Janice has really taught us. I say us because she spends so much time teaching all of us how to understand and communicate with our son better. We have learned valuable lessons about how my son thinks and from that space we have learned how to communicate with each other in so many other ways than just words.

There is no way I could ever express the amount of gratitude I have for Janice Hardin at In Home Speech and Language Therapy. She has worked with our 16 year old son who has autism since he was 3 years old. Her expertise has helped us navigate the ups and downs of this journey. In the early years she helped to develop his expressive and receptive language to enhance his ability to effectively communicate. For the last several years she has helped him with social skills and social interaction through individual and group sessions. She is an incredibly talented speech pathologist and we feel extremely fortunate and blessed to have been able to work with her for the last 13 years!
